Authorization letter from Chinese Gavernment. Through this letter we authorized ASM China Business & Finance, LTD Beijing representative office to be our Strategic Partner for the project of Digital Olympic Games to China Youth Green Internet Action Campaign IEF (International E-sports festival) Digital Entertainment Carnival.
The valid period of this letter is two years, from July 2007 to July 2009.
